Belgian first: certified yacht broker after completing Hiswa-Recron & NBMS training

On November 13, I was proud to receive my Yacht Broker certificate after successfully completing the renowned training program jointly organized by Hiswa-Recron and the Dutch Association of Ship Brokers (NBMS).

The course, which ran from February to June, offers exceptionally broad and in-depth preparation for the profession. The program includes ship technology, valuation, contract law, CE regulations, VAT & customs, media & CRM, purchase inspections, insurance, safety on board, and, of course, the entire sales and brokerage process. Thanks to on-site lessons at leading companies, online sessions, and practical work processes, the program provides a solid foundation for professional yacht brokers.

By obtaining this certificate, I am the only Belgian yacht broker who is officially recognized, a milestone for which I am particularly grateful and proud. This recognition underlines my ambition to provide a high-quality, transparent, and reliable service to anyone who wants to buy or sell a motor or sailing yacht.

In the coming period, I look forward to continuing to make full use of this expertise and assisting yacht buyers and sellers with knowledge, passion, and professionalism.
