J-Boats J105

The J105 is a boat that can easily be sailed with family and friends. Lends itself ideally to local club races, but is also

large and stable enough to sail offshore.

Few boats are as sleek, beautiful and comfortable to sail as the J105. The cockpit is large and accommodates more people than many 45-

foot cruisers. Still, a race crew of five is sufficient and no larger than the crew of, say, a J24. Because of

its versatility and appeal as a recreational investment, the J105 class has become a successful one-design class, with

building numbers of more than 500 boats in more than 17 countries.

The patented SCRIMP molding process makes the J105 hulls more than twice as strong and stiff as a conventional hull, but

also significantly reduces the overall weight of the boat. With offshore safety features, rigid and strong hulls and good stability

owners have successfully completed ocean races such as the Transquadra.

This particular J105 is one of the last hulls built and was delivered to the original owner in 2007 and also has all the

supplies for day trips and weekend or summer vacations: roller reefing system, separate toilet, kitchen with 2-burner stove, Webasto stove,...
